M.S. Vigilant requires talented candidates to work on a contract basis for various posts across different districts in the states of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi.

Important Notes:

  1. Posting Locations:
    The posting will be in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi, in any district as per the available vacant posts (from time to time).

  2. Application Basis:
    Applicants may submit their online application based on their interest in the vacancy. However, submission of the application does not guarantee employment.

  3. Submission Portal:
    Online applications will be accepted ONLY on https://vigilantindia.com/.

  4. Selection Rights:
    M.S. VIGILANT SECURITY, PLACEMENT & DETECTIVE SERVICES (PVT.) LTD. (VSPDS) reserves the final right to select and reject any applications that are received.

  5. Application Accuracy:
    Applicants are advised to fill out the online application form properly. Applying does not guarantee a job.

  6. Qualification Note:
    The prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement only. Meeting the qualification does not automatically ensure shortlisting or an interview.

  7. Eligibility Responsibility:
    Before applying, the candidate must ensure they meet the eligibility conditions, qualification, and experience criteria as mentioned on the website.

    • VSPDS reserves the right to change the qualification criteria as per requirement.

  8. No Guarantee of Selection:
    Submission of the online application is not a guarantee of selection.

  9. No Recruitment Fee:
    M.S. VIGILANT SECURITY, PLACEMENT & DETECTIVE SERVICES (PVT.) LTD. does not charge any amount from candidates for recruitment or selection.

  10. Temporary Posts:
    All posts are purely temporary, outsourced, and non-transferable.
    These posts can be cancelled, increased, or decreased at any time based on requirement.

  11. Security Deposit Clause:
    One month’s salary will be held as a security deposit against any theft or damage.

    • On contract completion or resignation, the deposit will be refunded within 72 hours, upon submission of NOC from the deployed district.

    • This will be clearly mentioned in the offer letter.

  12. Application Timing:
    Candidates can apply for the post between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • After the closing date, no applications will be accepted.

    • No hard copies will be entertained.

  13. District Seat Availability:
    Apply based on the availability of seats in the desired district.

  14. Multiple Vacancy Applications:
    Candidates can apply for multiple vacancies in Delhi, U.P., and Uttarakhand.

    • Registration Charges: ₹590 (inclusive of GST)

    • Note: Registration charges are non-refundable.

  15. Shortlisting Method:
    Shortlisting will be based on the reservation policy.

  16. Reservation Distribution:

    • General Category: 53%

    • Scheduled Castes (SC): 19%

    • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 4%

    • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 14%

    • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10%

  17. Domicile Requirement:
    You must possess a domicile certificate of the state for which you are applying.

  18. Profile Suitability:
    Only candidates whose profile matches the requirements will be moved to the next selection stage.

  19. Document Verification:
    All submitted documents must be self-attested.

  20. Required Certificates:

    • Domicile Certificate (valid and current)

    • Caste Certificate (valid and verified)
